Had my CF Moto UTV in for 1400km service. Great service at a reasonable price. It was also completed ahead of time to my surprise. I also bring my ski boat in for service here now as people are much nicer to deal with then at Pride Marine where I used to go. I am hoping they get a marine mechanic in soon that can diagnose issues as I would like to get as much done hear as possible as I trust them more than Pride and better to deal with. If you're looking for a great place to buy and service your ATV and boat this is the place.

We were on the market for a new toy, stopped by and was super impressed by the inventory they had. Plenty of machines on the lot and a variety to choose from. We were helped out by Mikayla, she showed good knowledge and customer service. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to have our new zforce950 ready for pickup within a day. Very happy with the dealership and machine. If your on the market head over and see Mikayla. 10/10 would recommend.

What a great experience! I went in looking for more information about a new Side by Side and was so impressed that I put a deposit down! Just bought new ATV for my Oldest Son at Throttle powersports in Cornwall. The Team at Throttle are awesome to deal with. Great experience buying my new machine here. Scott was very helpful and communicated quickly throughout the whole process.I pulled the trigger on the purchase on a Friday afternoon and I was able to pick up the machine by Tuesday.

Kingston Throttle Power Sports is the place to buy. I live in Ottawa & 4 dealers snubbed me & couldn’t be bothered making a deal. I got in touch with Tammy from Kingston & within 2 days I purchased a new Kawasaki side by side. All paperwork done over the phone & I picked it up on a Saturday morning; it was Tammys day off & she made sure to be present to meet me & sign papers. Just purchased a new 2022 Kawasaki z400, and Tammy was fantastic to deal with. First bike, and she patiently and thoroughly answered every question that I had for her. She stayed in constant contact/communication through-out the process of the sale, and the bike was ready for pick-up on time and as expected. Very friendly atmosphere. With that type of customer service, I will definitely use them to maintain my bike too.

Went in to see about a trade on my cforce 800 towards a 950 zforce and had the pleasure of getting to deal with Tammy. Very knowledgeable about the product, very pleasant to deal with, full of laughs. Treated me very well on the trade in. New side x side ordered . Just purchased a used 2014 Victory motorcycle thru them. Customer service was amazing thru email with some questions I had. I live in Barrie and it's about a 3 hr drive to Kingston. I asked it they could do a quick video of the bike for me so I could get a better look at it. They were happy to help me out. I drove down to see the bike and met Tammy, who was amazing to deal with. I saw the bike and immediately dropped a deposit. The bike went out for safety and there was a sensor which needed replacing, which was no big deal. Due to weather and the part, pickup was delayed a bit but Tammy was in constant communication and arrangements were easy. Attended yesterday and the experience was great. Had a fresh oil change on the bike completed and everything worked out perfect. The experience I had with this shop was second to none and was totally worth the 2 drives at 6 hours each for the product and customer service.
